Power Snatch (hang above knee)

Bodyweight Strength - The Hang Power Snatch from above the knee is performed exactly like the Hang Snatch Above the Knee except that instead of landing in the Overhead Squat position when you catch the bar overhead, you will land in the upright position (as with a regular Power Snatch).
