OUR APPROACH
Our names are George and Liz Koehl and we have been personal trainers for 15 years. During that time we have worked with dozens and dozens of clients and have found a few things to be consistent for the vast majority of them.
Real fitness, real health, for real life.
- Most people don't want to be huge and ripped
- Most people don't want to spend their entire life on a diet
- Most people want to be able to simply participate in the best that life has to offer.
- Play with kids and grandkids
- Hike
- Swim
- Play
- In short, they want to live an active life for as long as possible and they want to feel good, look good, and be healthy.
Real fitness, real health, for real life.
ABOUT US
We met in college at Baylor University in Waco in 2002, got married in 2004 and started personal training in Dallas in the spring of 2006. We have enjoyed participating in changing people's lives through fitness ever since. We have 3 sons and a daughter. Liz is a full time Mom at the present and George continues personal training full-time and enjoys woodworking on the side. We are active in our community and our church.
Health, fitness, and active living is a way of life for us and our exercise regimens reflect our REAL LIFE goals. We don't live for the gym. We use the gym to help us live...
Life is dynamic, ever changing - and being fit all around keeps your ready for anything. There is no reason that a 60 year old can't surf, a 45 year old can't spar, and a 75 year old can't ski.
If you take care of your body with a little bit of deliberate and consistent effort, it will pay off big-time and keep you mobile, strong, fit, and healthy for a very very long time.
The most frustrating thing for us is to see people putting in their best efforts in the gym and getting no results - simply because those efforts are being applied to the wrong things. We believe strongly in working smarter, not just harder. Effort put into the right places is infinitely more valuable that effort put into the wrong places.
