Snatch (hang above knee)
Bodyweight Strength - The Hang Snatch from above the knee is performed exactly the same as a Hang Snatch from below the knee except that you will only lower the bar to a height right above the knees rather than just below the knees. That is the only difference between these two versions of the Hang Snatch.
