Kettlbell Snatch (one-hand)
Bodyweight Strength - The One-Hand Kettlebell Snatch is performed exactly like the Two-Hand Kettlebell Snatch except that it will be performed with one kettlebell and with only one hand at a time. The one-hand version of this exercise is easier so be sure that you master it before attempting the two-hand version.
Before attempting the One-Hand Kettlebell Snatch, make sure that you have mastered One-Hand Kettlebell Cleans and One-Hand Kettlebell Swings.
