Kettlebell Swings (one-hand)

Bodyweight Strength - The One-Hand Kettlebell Swing is a phenomenal functional strength, coordination, flexibility, and power exercise and is performed exactly like the Two-Handed Kettlebell Swing except that the one-handed version is performed with only one hand. That is literally the only difference. Obviously your will not be able to perform these with as much weight as you are able to use on the Two Handed Kettlebell Swing.
