Kettlebell Assault
Kettlebell Assault is an extremely challenging, functional combination kettlebell exercise that combines several individual kettlebell exercises in to one long, exhausting exercise.
It is simply a Push-up performed using a pair of kettlebells as Push-up handles, followed by a Renegade Row performed using the two kettlebells, followed by a Two-hand Kettlebell Clean, followed by a Front Squat holding the kettlebells on the shoulders, followed by a Push Press (a Military Press that utilizes momentum from the legs) with the kettlebells.
This combo is absolutely brutal and exhausting but is a great way to build up the anaerobic threshold of highly trained strength and power athletes.
