Wall Burpees
Wall Burpees are a great bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise. They are performed exactly like regular Burpees except that instead of having your feet on the ground during the Push-up Position portion of the exercise, you will have them up on a wall at a height that is about equivalent to your normal chest height when in a standing position.
