Turkish Getup (dumbbell)
Bodyweight Strength - The Turkish Getup performed with a dumbbell is a fantastic exercise that can significantly develop bodyweight strength, control, coordination, and stability. It is a very high level exercise however and should not be attempted until all of the pre-requisite exercises recommend before attempting the Turkish Getup with a Kettlebell have been mastered.
The technique for this version of the exercise is identical to the technique for the Turkish Getup performed with a Kettlebell.
