Tuck Jumps
REAL Strength - Tuck Jumps are another great bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise that requires zero equipment and yet are highly effective. They are performed exactly like Squat Jumps except when you jump into the air from your squat, while you are airborne, you will tuck your knees up to you chest as high as possible.
Tuck Jumps can be performed continuously (like Squat Jumps) or they can be performed one at a time (allowing yourself to stop and reset between each jump).
