Squat Jumps
The Squat Jump is a great bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise which requires no equipment and is quite simple to perform. However, in spite of its simplicity, Squat Jumps are exhausting and will give your legs an incredible burn.
To perform the Squat Jump, simply squat down (as though performing a Back Squat) and then jump up as high as you can. When you land again, immediately dip down into another squat and then jump up from the squat again. Do this continuously for the entire set. Do not stop between reps.
