Reverse Curls

Reverse Curls are simply Standing Barbell Curls performed with an overhand grip (palms facing down). This exercise not only strengthens the biceps but also greatly strengthens the upper forearm muscle which is highly useful in all functional pulling movements such as Rows and Cleans. The bicep and forearms strength developed with Reverse Curls also is of great assistance for bodyweight strength exercises such as Overhand Pull-ups; especially Close Grip Overhand Pull-ups.
