Plank (on a bosu ball)

Bodyweight Strength - The Plank on a Bosu Ball is simply a progression from the regular Plank on the Floor.  It is an excellent bodyweight strength exercise that will create core strength and stability after you have already mastered the Plank on the floor.  The Bosu Ball will simply give you some instability which will increase the level of core stabilization that occurs during the exercise.  

After you master the Bosu Ball version you can move on to the Plank on a Swiss Ball.
