Overhead Bosu Ball Squats (face down)

REAL Strength - Overhead Bosu Ball Squats with the ball face down is a much higher level bodyweight strength and balance exercise that the basic Bosu Ball Squat with the ball face down. The technique is simply and Overhead Squat performed on a Bosu Ball with the ball face down. As simple as this sounds, it is a very difficult exercise and should only be performed by highly capable athletes who have already fully mastered the Overhead Squat and the Face Down Bosu Ball Squat.
