Muscle Ups

Bodyweight Strength - Muscle Ups are basically a Power Chin-up immediately and explosively followed by a Straight Bar Dip. Crossfit has recently popularized this exercise so it has become more widely known, however it is extremely difficult and only people with phenomenal bodyweight strength are able to perform it. If you are able to successfully complete even one rep of this exercise, consider yourself truly elite in the bodyweight strength category.
