Monkey Bars (Pops)
Pops performed on the Monkey Bars are a fairly difficult bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise in which instead of reaching for the next monkey bar with one hand, you will literally hop your hands from one bar to the next together at the same time. This requires using a thrusting motion with your body, much like you would use for a Clean, Snatch, Muscle Up, etc.
