Monkey Bars (360's)
360's on the Monkey Bars are another great functional bodyweight strength exercise performed like regular Monkey Bars except that instead of facing straight ahead as you move along the monkey bars, you will rotate your hand position each time you grab the next bar so that you as you move along the bars your body will continuously be spinning in circles. After going down the monkey bars rotating one direction, come back from the other side rotating in the opposite direction.
