Monkey Bars (regular)
Monkey Bars are a bodyweight strength classic and most people probably did them as a kid. The technique is fairly simple but the reality is that most adults are not functionally strong and flexible enough in order to do them anymore. To do Monkey Bars, simply hold on to the first bar with both hands and then reach out and grab the next bar with one hand and then let go of the first bar and reach it to the bar that is beyond the second bar. Repeat this process until you reach the other end of the Monkey Bars. Repeat laps as many times a you planned to for your workout.
