Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curls

Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curls are a slight variation of the classic Incline Dumbbell Curl. They build excellent bicep strength and muscle which contributes greatly to many bodyweight strength movements such as pull-ups and chin-ups. The technique is exactly the same as the standard Incline Dumbbell Curl except that the palms will be facing inward (hammer grip) rather than forward on this version.
