CARIOCA
Carioca is a classic warm-up agility drill that requires no equipment whatsoever and is a great bodyweight strength, agility, flexibility, coordination exercise for developing and maintaining overall athleticism.
It is essentially a Side Shuffle in which you will crossover your rear foot with each step and with every step you will switch which side of your body you carry the step over on (one step you'll carry the step across the front of your body and then the next step you will carry the step over behind your body). This exercise is very difficult to explain and is much easier to learn by watching.
