BUTT KICKS

Bodyweight Strength - Butt Kicks are a great bodyweight strength, agility, speed, dynamic flexibility, and coordination exercise performed in the same manner as High Knees except that instead of lifting your knees as high as possible on each step, you will instead lift your feet as high as possible behind you on each step (effectively kicking yourself in the butt with your heel on each step...hence the name).
