BOUNDING

Bodyweight Strength - Bounding is a bodyweight exercise that increases explosiveness, bodyweight strength, speed, power, and coordination of muscles throughout the entire body. It is highly functional in the development of overall body control, coordination, and athletic capability.

This exercise is essentially just a Broad Jump performed repeatedly without stopping to reset after each jump. When Bounding, you will simply landing from one jump and then instantly spring into the next jump.
