Bosu Ball Squats (face up)
REAL Strength - The Bosu Ball Squat with the ball side face up is a great bodyweight strength exercise and will be performed exactly like Bosu Ball Squats with the ball side face down except that the ball side will be face up. The balance challenge will be of a different nature than when the ball side is face down. Both sides are useful for different aspects of balance and performing face down sometimes and face up other times should provide a well rounded balance enhancing effect.
