30 Yard Dash
Bodyweight Strength - The 30 Yard Dash is a bodyweight exercise that is simply a slightly longer version of the 20 Yard Dash and heavily favors the acceleration aspect of sprinting rather than the "top speed" aspect of sprinting. In most sports, acceleration is of the utmost importance rather than top speed. This is because most sports (besides track) do not require sprinting over long enough distances to even allow the athlete to ever reach top speed. As a result, acceleration is king.
