Vertical Jumps
Bodyweight Strength - Vertical jumps for height are a classic and highly effective athletic bodyweight exercise for developing bodyweight strength, speed, and explosiveness.
To perform a Vertical Jump, simply stand next to a wall, pick a spot up on the wall that you think you can reach if you jump your highest and then dip down real quick and explode upwards jumping as high as you possibly can. As you are flying upwards, reach up as high as you can on the wall in an attempt to reach the spot that you chose. Repeat for the planned number of repetitions.
