Valerie Boyt Goals

Overall Goals
  • Fix lower back pain
  • Be able to move and do normal things in life
  • Be able to walk to dinner
  • Lose 10-20lbs of fat
  • Be able to engage in random athletic activities and hobbies
Means
  • Fix motor patterns and muscle functions of the hip complex, torso, and core through proper stretching, rolling, and strength training exercises
  • Be able to sprint at 11mph x 60 sec
  • Be able to sprint at 8mph at 15 degrees x 30 sec
NOTE: If Valerie really wants to lose fat, she needs to understand that her diet will be the primary key. She is dialed in perfectly with her weight training and cardio. If she simply quits drinking alcohol and switches her diet to meat and vegetables she will make excellent progress. If she does a meal plan, she'll do even better.

Valerie needs to daily decide whether she wants to be in shape or to be comfortable. When she gets comfortable, she gets displeased with her physical condition. When she has consistently hard workouts, she get displeased with her workouts.
4th Quarter 2020 Goals
  • Get ready for ski trip in late December
  • Be able to actually ski for long periods rather than getting absolutely beat in 5 minutes
  • Thighs and hips be able to handle the work involved in skiing without locking up and getting overwhelmed and tight
  • Cut back alcohol to 3 nights a week
  • Squat lower (hip flexibility)
  • Enjoy cardio (and add agility)
  • Bicep, Tricep, Shoulder Definition
  • Work towards playing tennis as cardio (add agility work to make this feasible)
  • Sprint on treadmill at 1 Degree incline at 10mph x 60 sec
  • Sprint on treadmill at 15 Degree incline at 7.7mph x 30 sec
  • Jump Rope 2 minutes straight
  • Vacuums
