Swiss Ball Balance Squats
REAL Strength - The Swiss Ball Balance squat is essentially just the next step after mastering the Swiss Ball Balance Stand. Once you are able to effectively stand and balance for 30 seconds or more on the Swiss Ball, you should be ready to being to slowly begin squatting up and down on the ball as the next step in your balance development. This is a very high level bodyweight strength and balance exercise and very few athletes will ever achieve it. Often surfers are phenomenal at this exercise because of their fantastic balance ability.
