Step Ups (dumbbells)

Bodyweight Strength - Step Ups are a highly functional bodyweight strength exercise in which extra weight can be added to build additional strength that is easily transferable to real life. Step Ups performed with dumbbells utilizes dumbbells to perform the exercise with added weight and the technique is identical to Step Ups performed with a barbell except that the extra weight in the form of dumbbells that are held at your sides rather than a barbell placed on your rear shoulders in this case.
