Split Squat (dumbbells)

Bodyweight Strength - The Split Squat performed with dumbbells is literally identical to the Split Squat performed with a barbell except that you will use dumbbells held in your hands instead of a barbell held on you back.  This is an excellent exercise for increasing bodyweight strength, flexibility, proper muscle recruitment, and maximum strength.
