Seated Delayed Rotation Curls
Start out as a Hammer Curl, continue as a Hammer Curl, then rotate to palms up as soon as you have to. If you are able to delay the rotation until the moment you reach the very top, that is great. If you have to rotate halfway up, that is fine. The point is to rotate as late as possible on the way up.
Then on the way down, rotate back to a hammer grip immediately as you begin to lower the dumbbells.
