Reverse Wrist Curls
Reverse Wrist Curls are a great exercise for strengthening the wrists. Strong hands and wrists are truly crucial for functional bodyweight strength. The wrists support all weights that are held in the hands in pressing and overhead exercises so it is essential that the wrists be strong in order to be stable.
To perform Reverse Wrist Curls simply take a relatively light barbell in your hands with an overhand grip, lay your forearms face down cross-ways over a bench with your hands hanging just off the opposite side of the bench, squat down next to the bench, and then curl your wrists up and down repeatedly for the desired number of repetitions.
