Pushup Position (on a bosu ball)
Bodyweight Strength - The Pushup Position on a Bosu Ball is a great bodyweight strength exercise and is simply performed exactly like a Pushup Position on the floor except that the hands will be on the flat side of a Bosu Ball instead of on the floor. This will increase the instability of the exercise and the muscular activation in the core/abdominal muscles as a result.
