Plyo Pushups

Bodyweight Strength - Plyo push-ups are a fantastic bodyweight strength and explosiveness exercise that requires zero equipment. The technique for this exercise is exactly the same as for a regular Push-up except that you will push through will all the force and power you have, causing your hands to fly off of the ground ground (like jumping off of you hands rather than jumping off of your feet). When you hands land back on the ground, lower yourself again into the next rep and repeat for the planned number of repetitions.

It is obviously crucial that you fully master the regular Push-up before attempting a Plyo Push-up.
