One-arm Military Press (kettlebell)

This exercise will be performed exactly like the One-arm Military Press (dumbbell) except that you will perform it will a kettlebell.  This exercise carries the exact same advantages with it as the dumbbell version does except the center of gravity in a kettlebell sits off of the back of the pressing arm rather than to its sides.

Making sure to utilize both kettlebell and dumbbell movements in your training enables you to dvvelop more functional bodyweight strength so that your strength does not become uni-dimensional (and thereby un-transferable to the multitude of real life functions that you would like it to benefit you in throughout your life).

Disclaimer - We do not recommend performing any exercise without the supervision of a highly qualified bodyweight strength professional present with you.  This detailed exercise description is for informational purposes only.  Consult your physician before attempting any strength training program or attempting this exercise or any of the other exercises on www.bodyweight-strength.com
