Monkey Bars (backwards)
Backwards Monkey Bars is fairly self explanatory. This is a great bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise and is performed exactly like regular Monkey Bars but in reverse. Start out backwards and move through the Monkey Bars racing backwards the entire way.
