Leg Curls
Leg Curls are an extremely simple exercise that is performed on a machine. They can provide extra hamstring development which can help in developing true function bodyweight strength.
Simply lay face down on the Leg Curl machine, hook your ankles under the ankle pad, and curl the pad with your legs until it reaches your butt. Lower it back to the starting position under control and repeat for the planned number of reps. Try to set the machine up to where you can get a slight hamstring stretch on every rep without actually allowing the weight plate stack to set down between reps.
