Kettlebell Swings (high rep)
High rep Kettlebell Swings are simply a conditioning version of the classic functional strength exercise in which you will do 20, 30, 40, 50, etc reps instead of a more standard 5-15 reps. This is a fantastic conditioning exercise. The technique is identical to that of Kettlebell Swings.
