Incline Dumbbell Tricep Extension
The Incline Dumbbell Tricep Extension a fairly uncommon tricep exercise that is actually very effective at developing elbow and tricep strength. Simply lie down on a standard Incline Bench and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended straight up over your shoulders. Once in positioning, lower the dumbbells down towards your rear shoulders past the sides of your head without moving your elbows at all. Once you reach the bottom of the motion, use your triceps to extend the arms again, returning the dumbbells back to their starting position.
