Hill Sprints
Hill Sprints are a brutal bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise that requires no equipment, just a hill. Find a hill with a grade of 15-40 degrees that's at least 20-50 yards in length and then simply sprint up the hill as fast as you can. This exercise builds muscle strength all over the body and builds lung capacity tremendously as well. It requires the body to move at a very rapid rate increasing coordination of joints, muscles, ligaments, the nervous system, etc. Very few exercises have intensity or the degree of effect of Hill Sprints.
