Hanging Rows (rings)
Bodyweight Strength - This exercise is a great bodyweight strength exercise to assist you in your path towards full bodyweight chin-ups and pull-ups. It is also an excellent exercise to keep in your routine even after you have mastered chin-ups and pull-ups because you can add additional weight as you progress further in strength.
The technique for performing this exercise is exactly the same as the technique for performing Hanging Rows with a bar except that in this version you will use gymnastic rings instead of a barbell on a rack.
