FRONT RAISES
Front Raises are essentially the "front shoulder" equivalent to Side Laterals and Rear Laterals. They are a useful tool in developing the overall function and musculature of the shoulders which will help you tremendously on overhead functional strength exercises such as Jerks, Overhead Squats, etc.
To perform Front Raises, simply hold a dumbbell in each hand and lift one arm to the front as high as you can (ideally nearly to vertical) and then lower it again under control. Lift the other arm in the same manner. Repeat for the planned number of reps.
