Flyes (incline)
Incline Flyes are another bodybuilder exercise that can certainly contribute well to functional strength development because of its excellent potential at developing solid dynamic flexibility in the pec muscles. The technique for this exercise is exactly the same as for Flat Flyes except that it is performed on an Incline Bench instead of a flat bench in this case.
