FLyes (decline)
Decline Flyes are a great developer of pec flexibility and can greatly enhance bodyweight strength by strengthening your ability to perform dips with a solid full range of motion. The technique for Decline Flyes is exactly the same as fr Flat Flyes except that it is performed on a Decline Bench instead of a Flat Bench.
