Bosu Split Squats (front foot on bosu)
Bodyweight Strength - Bosu Split Squats are great bodyweight strength and balance exercise. It is simply a Split Squat performed with the front foot resting on the flat side of a Bosu Ball (with the ball side face down) instead of the foot being on the ground. Everything else about this exercise is exactly the same as the stand Split Squat. This exercise should first be master with bodyweight only and then later a barbell or dumbbells may be used.
