Bosu Pistols (face up)
Bosu Pistols with the ball face up are a very high level bodyweight strength and balance exercise that very few people will ever be able to perform. If you achieve this exercise successfully consider yourself a very high level bodyweight strength practitioner. These are basically performed exactly like regular Pistol Squats except that they are performed on a Bosu Ball with the ball side face up. Master them with bodyweight first and then later you can add weight in the form of kettlebells or dumbbells.
