Bent Press (barbell)
Bodyweight Strength - This exercise builds phenomenal bodyweight strength and is performed exactly like the Bent Press with a Kettlebell except that because it utilizes a barbell instead of a kettlebell, balance becomes a much more significant challenge (as in the Barbell Windmill).
