GET REAL Strength - The Bear Crawl is a fairly simple bodyweight strength and conditioning exercise that requires no equipment whatsoever. In spite of its simplicity, it works the entire body and can provide a very challenging conditioning workout.
Simply get down on all fours (on your hands and feet) and crawl along the ground for whatever distance you have planned and then turn around and crawl back again. The more often your do the Bear Crawl, the faster you will be able to Bear Crawl.
