Ball Jack Pushup

Bodyweight Strength - The Ball Jack Push-up is a great bodyweight strength exercise that develops core strength, balance, total body control, and upper body strength.

It is a Medium-High level of difficulty and you will need to thoroughly master Push-ups performed with your bodyweight as well as Reverse Crunches and Hanging Knee Raises before attempting the Ball Jack Push-up.

Simply get into a Push-up position with your shins placed on a Swiss Ball rather than placing your feet on the floor. Perform a Push-up (and make sure to touch your chest all the way to the ground) and then press yourself back to the starting position and then tuck your knees up to your chest by contracting your abs tightly. After that, extend the legs again to return to the starting position and repeat for the planned number of repetitions.

Disclaimer - We do not recommend performing any exercise without the supervision of a highly qualified bodyweight strength professional present with you.  This detailed exercise description is for informational purposes only.  Consult your physician before attempting any strength training program or attempting this exercise or any of the other exercises on www.bodyweight-strength.com
