BAG JUMPS
Bodyweight Strength - Bag jumps, sometimes called dummy jumps, is a standard conditioning exercise that builds good basic bodyweight strength, explosiveness, agility, coordination, and endurance.
The exercise is very simple and merely requires a football tackling dummy, or other object of some sort that can be laid on the ground to provide you with something to hop over. To perform the exercise simply stand next to the tackling dummy and hop back and forth (side to side) over the dummy with both feet together as rapidly as possible. You can perform this exercise for a specific period of time or for a specific number of jumps.
While performing the exercise, focus primarily on the rapidity with which you spring back up off of the ground with each jump.
