Walking Lunges (dumbbells)
The walking lunge performed with dumbbells is another classic natural bodyweight strength exercise in which extra external weight can be added through the use of dumbbell in order to dramatically improve functional strength for people who want their time and effort spent in the gym to pay worthwhile dividends in their life outside of the gym with genuine increased functional ability.
The technique of this exercise is identical to Walking Lunges performed with a barbell except that instead of holding a barbell on the back of the shoulders, it will be performed by holding dumbbells in your hands at your sides.
