Stepping Lunges (dumbbell)
The Stepping Lunge with dumbbells is a phenomenal exercise that can have additional weight added to it to further increase strength for this highly functional exercise. The technique for this exercise is literally identical to the technique for Stepping Lunges performed with a barbell except that instead of putting a barbell on your rear shoulders you will hold dumbbells in your hands.
